・May be used to estimate travel destinations or improve services.

・IP addresses, access timestamps, application operation logs, crash logs, etc.
The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes:
1.Provision of the Service, user authentication, and management of plan purchases
2.Payment processing and prevention of fraudulent use
3.Maintenance and improvement of communication quality and system maintenance
4.Analysis of usage status and development of new features

This application uses advertising identifiers to measure advertising effectiveness. You may opt out of tracking:
・iOS Users: We request your permission before tracking (App Tracking Transparency).
You can change your authorization anytime via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
・Android Users: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads via Settings > Google > Ads.
Refusing tracking permission will not affect the core functionality of the app.
This application collects approximate location information (accuracy of about 1 km) to identify your country or region and recommend suitable data plans.
・We only collect country-level location data and do not collect or store precise location
・Location data is accessed only while the app is in the foreground
・No background location tracking is performed
・You may disable location permissions at any time in system settings without affecting core app functionality
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data via:
・In-app: Settings > Account Management > Delete Account
・Email: Send a deletion request to support@almondsim.com
Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 business days. The following data will be permanently deleted:
・Account information (email, nickname, etc.)
・User preference settings
・Analytics data associated with your account
Note: Transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable laws.
AWe retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Specifically:
・Account Information: Retained for 30 days after account deletion (for backup and recovery purposes)
・Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years in accordance with tax and commercial laws
・Communication and Support Records: Retained for 1 year for service improvement
・Access Logs: Retained for 6 months for security and fraud prevention
・Third-Party Service Data: Managed in accordance with each provider’s privacy policy
